About the Role
We are looking for a Veterinary Care Assistant to assist in maintaining the health and welfare of Battersea dogs and cats.
To help maintain standards and infection control protocols set by Battersea Dogs and Cats Home management.
To assist the veterinary nurses / veterinary surgeons in the examination and treatment of animals in the Home.
The Veterinary Clinic team is responsible for the health and welfare of all animals across Battersea’s three sites. The team achieves this through providing high standards of veterinary care in all clinical procedures, operative surgery, preventative medicine and infection control, and through assistance and guidance on all matters of veterinary care to other departments within the Home.

£29,994 per annum
Hours & Contract
- 40 hours per week
- Includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
- Fixed-term contract (12 months)
