About the Role
We are looking for Veterinary Medicine University Admissions Tutors to work on our award winning University Admissions Branch.

Candidates will need to have completed a veterinary medicine degree from a competitive UK university (preferably at Oxford or Cambridge University but not necessary), have considerable success in university admissions teaching/tutoring and a strong academic background. Tutoring at The Profs takes place almost exclusively online, and so experience using online tools to facilitate a strong and engaging online lesson is necessary.
Responsibilities
Preparing and delivering bespoke admissions packages for students applying for highly competitive undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Managing a portfolio of clients and regularly feeding back updates on students' progress to relevant client managers.

Qualifications
At least a graduate degree of 2.1 or higher in veterinary medicine.
Required Skills
Experience planning and delivering bespoke one-to-one admissions programmes. A thorough knowledge and understanding of the university admissions process including personal statement support, admissions test preparation and mock interview facilitation. Proven success assisting students with the university admissions process. At least 2 years of previous tutoring/teaching experience. Outstanding organisational and communication skills. High level of interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience.
Preferred Skills
Online tutoring experience. A Masters Degree.
