Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse eager to make a difference?
We have an exciting chance to be part of a supportive team in our Crewe Vets for Pets practice.
We are a growing team and due to this we are looking for an experienced RVN to join our team.
This is ideally a full-time role but we understand this does not suit everyone so we can consider part-time hours.
- You will ideally be confident in carrying out basic consults, neutering admits, and weight clinics.
- You will be involved with monitoring anaesthesia.
- You will be responsible for stock orders.
- This role will involve you supporting the reception when required.
Paying up to £32,000 (FTE, DOE)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time RVN to join us, ideally working 40 hours per week, with a commitment of 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am - 2pm. However, if you are looking for part-time hours, please let us know, and we can see what we can do for you!
Your schedule will offer a mix of early shifts (8:30am – 4:30pm) and late shifts (11:00am – 7:00pm), giving you a well-rounded work-life balance.

Over the course of the week you will work a mix of consults and theatre and will work closely with our clinical team. Our consults run throughout the day and are a mix of post-op checks, development clinics, socialisation/desensitisation clinics, and 2nd/3rd vaccines. In practice, we see a variety of work from routine neutering and dentistry to orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery. If you're wanting a voice and have your thoughts and ideas heard, we run clinical governance meetings most Fridays and are keen to take on board your ideas!
