Location: 24 Mundy Street, Heanor, Derbyshire, United Kingdom, DE75 7EB

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

About The Role

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

  • Administrative support & Client account reconciliation
  • Insurance processing
  • Handling of client queries
  • Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • Maintenance of relevant electronic files
  • Covering Reception, including answering phones, booking appointments and undertaking all other Reception duties when cover needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to use positive language
  • Co-operative and solution-focused, in addition to a strong customer and team focus
  • Demonstrate a high level of organisation & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle information of a sensitive nature and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Previous experience in veterinary healthcare or a services-oriented environment would be advantageous
