Veterinary Receptionist
Receptionist – Mill House Veterinary Surgery
About the Role
As the UK’s leading veterinary care provider, inspiring vet care remains committed to the wellbeing of over 2 million animals and the happiness of their owners. We’re seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Mill House Veterinary Surgery on a full-time fixed-term basis (6 months contract).
Mill House offers:

Your primary focus will be ensuring a smooth, courteous, and efficient service for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephones promptly and professionally
- Deal with or redirect enquiries smoothly
- Book and manage appointments
- Register new clients and maintain accurate records
- Record information precisely in the IT system
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and cheque payments
- Maintain reception and waiting areas in top condition

- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in environments requiring high attention to detail

Salary
£27,040 per annum
