Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love working in a team? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you here at Biggleswade Vets for Pets!
This is a part-time role working 23 hours per week over 2 mornings and 2 evenings a week and will include an alternating weekend rota of a Saturday and then a Sunday.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and friendly experience for our clients and their pets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Offering exceptional service to clients and ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the link between clients and our clinical team.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
- Creating a positive and memorable client experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
- Welcoming clients, managing payments, and confidently scheduling future bookings.
- Coordinating the practice’s day-to-day routines through our online booking system (computer literacy is essential).
