Receptionist – Twickenham Vets (Part-Time)

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Twickenham Vets on a part-time basis.


About the Practice

Our friendly team takes pride in delivering the highest standards in patient and client care. For the last 20 years, we’ve served the pets of Twickenham and beyond, thanks to our loyal and loyal client base. Our RCVS-accredited practice features:

  • Digital X-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • ECG
  • Endoscopy
  • Laser therapy

We treat a wide variety of cases and continuously learn and improve to ensure animals receive the best possible care.


How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments, enquiries and client communications
  • Work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Support a positive client and patient journey
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the practice

Working Pattern

  • Part-time role (30 hours per week)
  • Mixture of early and late shifts
