Veterinary Receptionist
Receptionist – Part-Time (23 hrs/week)
About the Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love working in a team? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you here at Biggleswade Vets for Pets!
This is a part-time role working 23 hours per week—2 mornings, 2 evenings, with an alternating weekend rota (Saturday one week, Sunday the next).
Your Key Responsibilities as Receptionist
As a Receptionist, you’ll be a crucial part of ensuring seamless, friendly service for our clients and their pets. Your daily tasks will include:
- Acting as the trusted link between clients and our clinical team, ensuring pets receive the best care whilst clients have a positive experience.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and our team.
- Delivering a memorable client experience—ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
- Welcoming clients, managing payments, and scheduling future bookings confidently.
- Coordinating daily practice routines via our online booking system (computer literacy is essential).
