We are a general first opinion practice with all essential equipment, including x-ray, dental x-ray, and ultrasound, enabling us to provide a wide range of services.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
- Support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments
- Handle enquiriries
- Support client communications
- Work closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey
This is a part-time maternity cover position, working 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 am and 7:30 pm. There is also an expectation of participation in Saturday morning shifts. We accommodate flexibility and are open to discussing alternative part-time hours. There is no requirement to work out-of-hours (OOH) or Sundays as part of this role.
