We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Horsham and are looking for a passionate, friendly, and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join us from the very beginning.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new practice, helping to create a positive and supportive team culture while making a genuine difference within the local community.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor.

- Delivering exceptional client care while supporting the highest standards of patient care
- Acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team
- Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues
- Ensuring every client visit is welcoming, supportive, and professional
- Greeting clients warmly and providing clear, accurate information and guidance
- Managing payments and booking appointments confidently
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system
Strong computer skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
Working Pattern:
As a brand-new practice, we are able to offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.
We believe in supporting a healthy work/life balance and are happy to discuss flexible shift patterns to suit your needs. Some weekend work will be required, but there are no out-of-hours duties.
