About the Role
The Opportunity at PDSA Gillingham
We’re looking for a qualified, resilient Veterinary Surgeon to thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment. At PDSA, no two days are the same—you’ll manage a diverse range of medical and surgical cases to challenge and grow your expertise, directly impacting lives of pets and owners in need.
Key Responsibilities
- handle adaptively, embracing a diverse caseload from complex cases to routine check-ups
- make sound, evidence-based clinical decisions with pragmatic welfare-focused insights
- advocate clear, empathetic communication with clients, balancing treatment options to respect their circumstances
- collaborate with colleagues across the hospital for inclusive case discussions and shared learning
- champion PDSA’s mission with compassion, while contributing to ongoing quality improvements
- uphold excellence in patient care and professional standards
