Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role and You

Our days are structured with 15-minute consults as standard, longer when needed, and time taken for lunch and admin also factored into the day. We meet weekly as a clinical team to discuss issues and how to progress our patient and client care and monthly as a whole team, with an open and flexible approach the rest of the time.

If you have a medical/consult bias, that would be a benefit, but if you’re looking for a great GP role, we can accommodate that too with a set rota each week, with ops days being organized with surgery in the morning and consults in the afternoon and consults days organized with consults and admin breaks throughout the day.

This rewarding position is a full-time role with minimal sole charge, working a 4-day week and with just 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9 am-6:00 pm.

The Benefits

In addition to a rewarding role, we’re also offering:

  • Competitive salary up to 65,000 DOE
  • No OOH
  • Paid holiday of 28 days, rising to 33 days after 2 years of service
  • Paid professional memberships including RCVS and BVA
  • Generous CPD, including funding towards certificates
  • Life assurance 4 x annual salary
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Relocation allowance (direct applicants only)
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Colleague reward hub – exclusive offers and discounts online and on the high street
