Veterinary Surgeon - Exotic Caseload
Location: West Sussex Discipline: Small animal & exotics

- Two theatres with laparoscopic equipment
- A separate dental suite with dental X-ray
- A digital X-ray suite

The roles available are versatile, catering to those interested in small animal surgery, medicine, or diagnostic imaging. For the full-time position, expect a 40-hour work week with 8-hour shifts, a mix of consultations, surgeries, and inpatient care. The role includes a maximum of 1:4 weekends with time off in lieu and a share of future bank holiday shifts, compensated at an enhanced rate. For those seeking weekend shifts, the practice offers flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer regular Saturdays or occasional Sundays.
Requirements
To be considered, candidates must:
- Be RCVS registered
- Have a minimum of three years of small animal experience
- Be confident in routine surgery and consultations
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have a passion for animal welfare and client care
Being a Vet GDP advisor would be a bonus.

Salary & Benefits
The salary package is competitive (from £45,000 FTE, depending on experience) with the potential for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 5%.
