Vets Now Gillingham – Veterinary Surgeon

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £80,000 (DOE) + 10,000 pro rata recognition bonus

About the Role

Join Vets Now Gillingham as a Veterinary Surgeon in a dynamic Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) clinic. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in an environment that prioritises work-life balance, continuous professional development, and career growth.

As an ECC-based practice, this role offers:

  • A diverse and clinically enriching caseload
  • Access to the AdvantEdge programme – a structured training initiative including:
    • 1 week of hands-on training
    • 20-hours flexible e-learning (case-based, self-paced)
  • Full mentorship to help you build confidence and expertise

Hours & Flexibility

  • Full-time average: 40 hours per week (~3 shifts/week)
  • Out-of-hours commitment: 1:2 weekend rotation (balanced with bank holiday share)
  • We encourage part-time applications to accommodate individual needs
