Vets Now Gillingham – Veterinary Surgeon
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £80,000 (DOE) + 10,000 pro rata recognition bonus

About the Role
Join Vets Now Gillingham as a Veterinary Surgeon in a dynamic Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) clinic. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in an environment that prioritises work-life balance, continuous professional development, and career growth.
As an ECC-based practice, this role offers:
- A diverse and clinically enriching caseload
- Access to the AdvantEdge programme – a structured training initiative including:
- 1 week of hands-on training
- 20-hours flexible e-learning (case-based, self-paced)
- Full mentorship to help you build confidence and expertise
Hours & Flexibility
- Full-time average: 40 hours per week (~3 shifts/week)
- Out-of-hours commitment: 1:2 weekend rotation (balanced with bank holiday share)
- We encourage part-time applications to accommodate individual needs
