Veterinary Surgeon
Veterinary Role – Clinical Accountability
As a Vet, you will be accountable for patient care within the clinic, ensuring we deliver exceptional care, support clients, patients, and colleagues, and maintain the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will typically:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care in consults and surgery, upholding the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Collaborate within a supportive team
- Share your expertise, contributing to the growth and development of Medivet communities
Rota & Working Arrangements
- Full-time (4 days per week, 9am–7pm)
- Part-time allocations considered (3 days per week)
- Rotating weekends (1 in 6 weekends, supporting the Shrewsbury 24-hour hour service)
