We're looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outstanding care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GP vet to play a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of pets and their owners.

Location: The practice is based in Lincoln and easily commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Sleaford and Woodhall Spa. However, there is a relocation package available for the right candidate!

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits including:

This is a full-time post with a standard work pattern of 4 days a week and 1 in 4 weekends.

  • Deliver high-quality first-opinion consultations, diagnostics and surgery.
  • Promote preventative healthcare and provide excellent clinical care for every patient.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of clinical governance.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider veterinary and nursing team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and support the practice's commitment to clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP medical and surgical experience.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding animal care and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.
  • An Official Veterinarian (OV) or be prepared to undertake the necessary training.
