Veterinary Surgeon
As a Veterinary Surgeon you will be accountable for patient care within the clinic, whilst ensuring we deliver exceptional care, always there for our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
Veterinary Surgeon – Medivet Borehamwood
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team at Medivet Borehamwood.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established first opinion practice while benefiting from close collaboration with our sister clinic, Watford 24 Hour Hospital. This unique setup offers excellent clinical support and access to advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, making it an ideal role for a vet looking to develop their skills and case exposure.
At Our Watford Hospital, You Will Have Access To
CT imaging Endoscopy Laparoscopic equipment Ventilator ECG Digital X-ray Ultrasound Dental X-ray facilities Near by MRI
You will also work alongside multiple certificate holders in both surgery and medicine, providing a fantastic environment for clinical progression, mentorship, and collaboration.

About You
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance Develop tailored treatment plans with clients Work collaboratively within a supportive team Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
