Veterinary Surgeon | Up to £100,000 DOE | 4-Day Week | Multi-Branch Independent Practice
Are you looking for a role where you'll have genuine clinical freedom, excellent support, and the opportunity to develop your career alongside a highly experienced team?
I'm working with a well-established, independent, multi-branch small animal practice that is looking to recruit two Veterinary Surgeons to join their growing team.
With a salary of up to £100,000 DOE, a 4-day working week, and the chance to work alongside multiple certificate holders, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet looking to progress their career in a supportive environment.
The Role
- Salary: £40,000–£100,000 DOE
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 2 Saturdays (9:00am–2:00pm) with two Vets on duty
- Flexible Saturday rota available (salary adjusted accordingly)
- One fixed day off each week (ideally Tuesday or Thursday)
- Protected 1-hour paid lunch break
- Work alongside 2–5 Veterinary Surgeons, depending on the branch
- Excellent work-life balance with a supportive rota
