New Practice in Northampton Seeking Experienced GP Vet
A new practice in Northampton with an established team and client base is looking for a qualified and experienced GP vet to join our team. We are a friendly, close-knit small animal practice where kindness matters – to our patients, our clients, and each other.
Since the loss of the previous building in a devastating fire, our amazing colleagues have shown unity in maintaining our ethos of creating a calm, supportive environment where everyone has a voice, help is always nearby, and doing the right thing for the patient comes first.
The New Practice
The new practice will be ready for us to move into this spring and will be situated at Sixfields Northampton. The location is conveniently placed between Junction 15a and 16 of the M1. 1.5 miles from Northampton Rail Station and less than an hour to Luton Airport!

About You
- An experienced small animal veterinary surgeon
- Confident with routine consults, surgery (we will consider consulting only) and sole charge
- A kind, approachable communicator
- A team player who values collaboration and mutual respect
- Passionate about animal welfare and great client care

The Role
- Providing professional compassionate care to our small animal patients
- Managing your own caseload with support should you require it
- Building meaningful relationships with clients who truly value your time and expertise
- Working alongside a caring, skilled nursing and support team
- Sharing experience and supporting others in a positive and respectful way
What We Are Offering
- A salary £45,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
- 25 to 40 hours per week
- £5,000 relocation/welcome bonus*
