  • Flexible caseload to suit your interests: A typical week includes one surgery day, one consulting day and two mixed days, but we're happy to adapt this balance to reflect your clinical interests, whether that's surgery, medicine or a true mix of both.
  • Established and respected practice: Donnachie & Townley Veterinary Centre has proudly cared for the local community for over 30 years across our two well-established small animal sites in Stafford and Rugeley.
  • Modern, purpose-equipped facilities: Our recently renovated, spacious practices are equipped with everything you need to provide outstanding care, including two operating theatres at Rugeley (linked by glass), digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment and a Vista scanner.

  • Fantastic location: Based in two attractive market towns just 50 minutes from Birmingham, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of countryside living with excellent transport links and Birmingham Airport only an hour away.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
