About Us

As the practice is entering an exciting new era, we are looking wanting to talk to local veterinary talent about coming to work with us in moving the practice forward to even bigger and better heights!

Currently based within a thriving Pets at Home store on the Regents Retail Park, the practice is well established with a great caseload mix and flow of potential new clients. Although we are moving, it is local and will mean all our clients can come with us and we will still be conveniently located within easy reach of Manchester City Centre, with excellent transport links to the shops, restaurants, and Manchester International Airport.

Our new bright, air-conditioned surgery is going to be purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including ultrasound, CT Scanner, blood machine, x-ray, haematology, BP, operating theatre and in-house lab.

By joining us, you’ll become part of a progressive surgery dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to clients and their pets. We are a team of 20 colleagues currently with 4 permanent Vets plus 3 specialists that we work alongside. We have Antonio Nocco our Senior Vet with over 25 years’ experience and all the other Vets have over 4 years’ experience.

As a practice, we really believe in supporting and developing our skill sets, so all our vets are currently undertaking certificates as we are restless in our need to ensure we provide the best care possible to our clients!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
