Veterinary Surgeon
As a Vet you will be accountable for patient care within the clinic, whilst ensuring we deliver exceptional care, always there for our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance. Part-Time Hours Considered | Sole Charge with Support | Newly Refurbished April 2026 We’re excited to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to our Prescot clinic, offering a rare blend of clinical independence, mentorship, and flexibility. This role is ideal for a vet who enjoys first-opinion practice and sole charge, but also values having experienced support and guidance available when needed. About the Practice Prescot is part of the Medivet Partnership program, the partner for this clinic having over 20 years’ experience, who is able to provide mentoring and support clinical development for a candidate who would like. This makes the role particularly appealing for vets looking to grow their confidence while still enjoying autonomy. You’ll be supported by a strong and friendly on-site team, including: Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, Veterinary Care Assistant and Client Care Assistant, ensuring smooth client and diary management. The practice is undergoing a full refurbishment, completing in April 2026, creating a bright, modern clinical space. Convenient easy parking nearby makes commuting simple and stress-free. About the Role A full-time position would equate to 4 days per week, with weekends either in our local clinics or Alder 24hr hospital. Bank holiday and on-call shifts are also required. Part-time positions would also be considered.
