Zoom in on a fantastic opportunity with:

  • Month-on-month growth focused on exceptional patient care, teamwork, and professional development
  • Flexible working—shape your own hours and rota (e.g., 1 Saturday per four on average, 9am–12pm)

  • Competitive pay: up to £65,000 FTE (DOE, depending on experience)
  • Extra perks: Protected meal breaks, paid CPD/RCVS/VDS memberships, cake Fridays, and a culture of Chinese support

About the Role

As a core member of our dedicated veterinary team, you’ll:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care with support from an experienced nursing team and physiotherapist
  • Thrive in a collaborative, supportive working environment—think consults without silos
  • Embrace community-focused care: From dental/surgical suites to hydrotherapy, our facilities offer a full spectrum of expertise
  • Locate to a central ST3 2JD site—quick to Stoke-on-Trent’s diverse leisure, schools, and transport links (empty trains to Manchester/London by train in as little time as thinking about it).

The Vets For Pets Vision

We’re a practice for all curious clinicians—your values, skills, and background matter more than outcomes. Here, pets (and their people) come first, but so do you:

  • Join a veterinary community: ASPCA-strong values driven by curiosity, compassion, and accountability.
  • Nurture your career: We don’t just lip-service to CPD—we’ll pay for it, make it fun, and hype winners together.
  • Collaborate: Consults need depth, so ask questions; we’ll shine more together.
  • Find mental health equity: Prioritise resilience. Quality-of-life attitudinal tools put pets, professionals, and balanced lifestyles first.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
