We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking clinician to join our close-knit team and help shape the future of our practice as we move into an exciting new chapter.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where your ideas, experience and clinical vision will genuinely be valued.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in driving gold-standard patient care. We’re looking for someone confident in consulting, comfortable with sole charge and general surgery, but equally passionate about progressing clinical standards and contributing ideas that move the practice forward.

  • Part time hours
  • Working hours: 9am – 7pm
  • No out-of-hours
  • No Sundays
  • Flexible working patterns considered

Our practice is based on a popular retail park in the beautiful historic city of Salisbury, with free parking, a supermarket and a 24-hour gym right next door. You’ll be surrounded by stunning countryside, with the New Forest on your doorstep, the coast just 30 minutes away, and London reachable in just over an hour by train offering the perfect balance of career and lifestyle.

About The Practice

We are a busy, well-established small animal practice with a loyal client base built over 16 years. Many of our team have been with us since opening, which speaks volumes about our culture and working environment.

The practice has been recently refurbished and is well equipped with:

  • Digital x-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • Dental facilities
  • In-house laboratory testing
  • Modern surgical capabilities

We pride ourselves on our reputation, our long-standing client relationships, and the exceptional standard of care we deliver.

About You

You’ll be:

  • Qualified for at least 5 years with UK experience
  • Confident, motivated and passionate about clinical excellence
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Someone with drive, ideas and the ambition to help lead a practice forward
