Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing independent small animal practice in the North East.
Opened in October 2025, this modern practice is continuing to build its client base and reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. This role would suit a vet with a minimum of two years' UK small animal experience who is looking for a supportive environment, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to become part of an expanding team.
You'll enjoy a varied first-opinion caseload with the opportunity to follow cases through, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth of a recently established practice.

Working Pattern
- 3 or 4 days per week
- 8:30am – 6:30pm shifts
- No weekends
- No bank holiday commitments

About You
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 2 years' UK small animal experience
- Confident with routine consultations and surgery
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Keen to contribute to a growing independent practice
