Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal
Veterinary Surgeon – Dual-Site Role
Financial Package up to £100,000
Salary:
- Up to £75,000 DOE
- Welcome Bonus: £5,000
- Relocation Allowance: £8,000
- Elevate Bonus:
- Month 6: 20% of annual salary
- Month 12: 10% of annual salary
- Plus benefits including concierge relocation support & paid move leave (up to three days)

- Team: 9 vets specialising in ortho, keyhole surgery, ultrasound & dental radiography
- 11 RVNs, including a CertECC holder

What We’re Looking For (Essential)
✔ Your RCVS registration. ✔ At least 1 year of clinical experience, comfortable with equine/feline small animal med-surg. ✔ Empathy and trust—build relationships with owners. ✔ Team-playerness—work alongside RVNs, nurses, and clinicians. ✔ Reliability and soft skills.
