You’ll work alongside an expert team of Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses, delivering high-quality first-opinion care to a loyal client base.

Making a Difference: Your Role

As a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll be a key member of the team, delivering consistent excellence across twice the geography. You’ll continue to expand your expertise while mentoring colleagues and shaping a clinical culture built on care, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver routine consults and surgeries while lending support across cases in both Wotton-under-Edge and Thornbury branches.
  • Maintain high service standards in first-opinion veterinary practice.
  • Contribute to a values-driven culture focused on patient and client well-being.

working Hours

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week) – flexible part-time arrangements available upon discussion.
  • 1:9 weekend rota (Upon the terms of 4 days/week).

The ideal candidate is: ✔ A confident, motivated Veterinary Surgeon who loves collaborative teamwork and champions high-quality care. ✔ A veterinary degree holder or prospecting RCVS registrant. ✔ Comfortable managing routine medical and surgical cases with growing confidence. ✔ Strong communicator with skills for building trust with clients and colleagues. ✔ Proficient, process-driven, and open to feedback and growth. ✔ Passionate about exceptional care for both animals and their owners.
