Veterinary Surgeon – Primary Care Role
Financial Package
- Base salary up to £75,000 DOE
- Welcome Bonus: Up to £5,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to £8,000
- Elevate Bonus:
- 20% of salary in month 6
- 10% of salary in month 12
- Additional Benefits:

About the Role

Your role will be within a forward-thinking group of practices in Cardigan, Crymych, and Lampeter. These RCVS GP-accredited practices pride themselves on:

- No out-of-hours or on-call duties
This varied caseload includes orthopaedics, keyhole surgery, ultrasound, and dental diagnostics, with access to advanced equipment such as:
- Digital and dental X-ray
- Ultrasound
- In-house laboratories
Practice Strengths
Clinical & Support Team
- 9 Veterinary Surgeons (specialising in orthopaedics, ultrasound, dental radiography, etc.)
- 11 RVNs, including a CertECC holder
- 11 Support Staff (VCAs and Client Care Advisors)
