Seafield Veterinary Practice is looking for a motivated and confident Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an all-rounder who is passionate about delivering high clinical standards while enjoying a varied and rewarding caseload.

The role is primarily based at our Keith branch, with occasional support across our Banff and Buckie clinics. You will be part of a well-established, forward-thinking practice that values collaboration, flexibility, and clinical development.

You will enjoy a broad and interesting caseload including consultations, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry, with opportunities for internal referral and case support across the group. Our Buckie branch also provides exposure to some exotics cases, adding further variety to your clinical work.

  • RCVS accredited small animal practice with three branch sites (Keith, Banff, Buckie)
  • Main clinical hub in Keith with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon, you will contribute to high-quality patient care across a varied caseload.

  • Deliver consultations, medical workups, soft tissue surgery, and dental procedures
  • Provide high-quality clinical care tailored to individual patient needs
  • Work across multiple branch sites as part of a collaborative team
  • Contribute to case discussion and internal referral workflows
  • Support the ongoing development of clinical standards within the practice
  • Participate in a 1 in 4 Saturdays and OOH rota

Working Pattern

  • Flexible full-time options (4 or 5 days per week)
  • Weekend share and included in rota for OOH
  • Practice open 8:00am–6:00pm
  • Rotas designed to support work-life balance wherever possible
