Parkvets is a large multidisciplinary hospital with direct links to London. We have separate cat, dog, and exotics wards, each with dedicated operating theatres, dental suites, ultrasound facilities, flexible and rigid endoscopy, laparoscopic equipment, and x-ray.

Our extensive in-house lab is staffed by biomedical professionals supporting the vet team. You’ll work alongside certificate holders in Imaging, Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Exotics, and Dentistry, giving you plenty of opportunities to develop skills and knowledge - both formally through CPD and informally through case collaboration.
Flexibility that Fits Your Lifestyle
This is a full-time or part-time position. Full-time typically means 40 hours over 4 days, with a mix of early shifts (starting at 7:30am) and late shifts (starting at 10:30am). The role includes second-on-call duties and 1 in 4 weekends, which are compulsory as part of this specific role. Shifts will be spread across the hospital and branches to provide variety and exposure.
In return, we ask that you’re a confident, capable GP vet, willing to collaborate, and passionate about veterinary care.
