An exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to utilise and develop their surgical skills to build a strong caseload in a supportive, friendly practice.
Based in the market town of Daventry, this role offers a unique chance to take ownership of surgery within the practice. With no other surgically biased vets in the team, all surgical cases will be directed to you, giving you the opportunity to grow your confidence, expand your surgical repertoire, and develop your own caseload.
You’ll join a supportive team with a loyal, long-standing client base, working in a well-equipped practice with ultrasound, ECG, dental facilities, an in-house laboratory, and separate cat and dog wards.
Daventry offers the charm of market town living with great local amenities and countryside nearby, plus easy access via the M1 motorway and A45 road.
The role
Full-time: 40 hours across 4 days (part-time applications also welcome) 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at Leamington Spa 24 Hour Veterinary Hospital No out-of-hours (OOH)

About You
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You want to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
