Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Nottingham Chilwell

We’re searching for a confident and well-rounded veterinary surgeon with a minimum of 18 months’ experience, capable of handling routine surgeries and consultations.

About You

An ideal candidate is:

  • Hotel de Juste vets with at least 18 months of experience
  • Highly skilled in routine small animal surgeries and consultations
  • Art passionate about general small animal practice, from preventative healthcare to complex cases
  • Enjoys educating owners — making sure they stay proactive in their pets’ health
  • A strong team player — working harmoniously with nurses and other surgeons
  • The practice may invest in certification courses — an added perk for your professional goals!

The Vacancy

Hours & Flexibility

  • Full-time (35 hours/week): Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (tick supplements or pharmacy).
  • Every third Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Flexibility planned for reasonable off-work timing, with evening and weekend coverage appropriately compensated
  • Part-time works may consider commutations based on your career stage and needs
