We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic first opinion small animal practice in the city of Derby area, East Midlands.
Part-time role working 30 hours per week including a 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH. The practice is designed to industry-leading standards, with state-of-the-art equipment and in-house laboratory facilities.
Ideally you will have good general small animal surgical and medical skills as well as a good knowledge of working up cases. The role provides a brilliant opportunity within a friendly, welcoming, and supportive team of 3 other vets. Clinical development is encouraged and supported with funding towards a certificate available.

Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- General small animal surgical and medical skills
Benefits
- Salary to £65,000.00 per annum FTE (subject to experience)
