We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Vet Surgeon to join a growing and successful small animal practice in the Chelmsford area of ESSEX.
- excellent full time permanent role working 4 days a week with 1 in every 4 weekends on a rota and no OOH.
- practice is established with fantastic facilities and up to date equipment; in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital x-ray and multi-parameter monitoring etc.
- caseload offers the full spectrum of first opinion work and a surgical caseload to include: neutering, mass removals, dentistry, basic ophthalmic surgeries, emergency surgeries and surgical and non-surgical wound management etc.
- role requires at least 3 or 4 years experience in practice and ideally some experience in a Lead or Senior position.
- you will be joining a fantastic team of 3 vets that enjoy socialising together including a certificate holder in small animal surgery.
- Chelmsford is a sought after city location in Essex, offering a balance of city conveniences, top-tier schools, and a 35 minute direct train commutes to Central London.

Person Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- at least 3 or 4 years experience in practice
- some experience in a Lead or Senior position.
