Job Title: Senior Veterinary Technical Manager
We are proud to be partnering with an industry growth leader within the veterinary industry. Representing a growing portfolio with plenty of planned product development over the coming years.
This role will offer an experienced veterinary technical manager the opportunity to become more commercially engaged in a business that is centered around innovation. Working alongside a highly experienced team, most closely with sales & marketing, Ops, & Technical. To offer a technical perspective with the view of driving growth.

What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging technical presentations, CPD events, and product training to veterinary professionals and key customers across the UK
- Partner closely with Territory Managers and the Key Account Team, providing expert scientific support to help drive product adoption and customer engagement
- Become the technical authority across a broad animal health portfolio, supporting both medicinal and non-medicinal products across multiple species, with a particular focus on companion animal products
- Deliver training and onboarding programmes for both field sales teams and internal colleagues
- Collaborate with marketing to develop scientifically robust educational materials, promotional campaigns, and product positioning strategies
- Review marketing content to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), corporate veterinary groups, and industry stakeholders
- Represent the business at major veterinary congresses, exhibitions, and industry events
- Monitor developments within the veterinary and animal health sectors, including competitor activity and emerging therapies
- Support pharmacovigilance activities and contribute valuable market and clinical insights to the wider business

Requirements:
- MUST be an Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) registered veterinarian
- Minimum of 2 years' UK clinical experience within small animal or mixed practice
- Previous experience within the veterinary pharmaceutical or animal health industry is essential
- Strong understanding of the commercial veterinary market within the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a highly field-based role with regular UK travel and occasional international travel
