Join the National Vetting Service – Warwickshire Police

On behalf of all police forces in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, Warwickshire Police is proud to deliver the Police National Vetting Service – a vital function that ensures individuals working with, or on behalf of police forces meet the highest standards of integrity and trust.

We process approximately 25,000 vetting applications annually, including security reviews, to safeguard access to police sites, assets, data, and systems. Vetting is essential to maintaining public confidence, preventing dishonest or corrupt practices, and protecting the integrity of policing across the UK.

We’re Looking For People Who Are

  • Able to identify and investigate risk with a keen eye for detail
  • Trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills using a variety of mediums
  • Confident using a range of IT systems and software, with the ability to accurately record, manage and analyse information
  • Able to organise and prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
