We're looking for a VFX Marketing Manager to help shape the future of marketing at Koala FX.

Location: London-based (on-site)
Start: ASAP / in the coming weeks

As our studio continues to evolve, we're building a dedicated marketing function to support the next stage of our growth. We're looking for someone who can combine creativity with commercial thinking, helping to strengthen our brand, build lasting industry relationships, and create new opportunities for the business both in the UK and internationally.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing how Koala FX presents itself to clients, partners and the wider industry, while helping drive our marketing strategy as the studio continues to expand.

We'd love to hear from candidates who bring:

  • Experience in marketing, PR or business development within the VFX, film or wider creative industries
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand management and digital communications
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients, partners and internal teams
  • A proactive, creative approach with the ability to generate ideas that support business growth

As we work with clients, partners and creative teams across international markets, multilingual communication skills and experience working in global environments would be highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the studio's marketing strategy
  • Supporting business development through proposals, presentations and client outreach
  • Managing Koala FX's brand, website, social media and digital presence
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and industry contacts
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to support future growth
