About the Role
This Vibe Growth Marketing Manager role will join a small, agile PLG (Product-Led Growth) Marketing team at Contentsquare. The team leverages our product, www.contentsquare.com, alongside custom product experiences to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. There’s no imposition of traffic volume KPIs—every initiative contributes to the core mission: orchestrating low-friction discovery and value-aware engagement in the right user segments—by creating AI-powered, no-code/low-code tools that address specific customer needs.
As a role dedicated to product-led growth, your objective will be to map a deep understanding of our users—their pain points and how our platform uniquely resolves them. You’ll answer this with an agile mix of AI tools, automation, and clever campaigns:
- Identify and on-board high-value, early-mover buyers, so that our core product’s value resonates immediately.
- Apply AI-driven workflows to personalize messaging and experiences, optimizing GCV (Get Started Value).
- Reign in collective success of a truly generative Growth Marketing vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Your Focus: Growth Experiments & AI-Powered Automation
- Build & ship MVPs rapidly—establish MVP components (e.g., Lovable, Bubble, Zapier, or custom scripts) without reliance on the Product or Engineering teams. Deploy iterative validation of ideas to discover what works.
- Develop AI/automation workflows to drive:
- Improved speed in critical customer steps (e.g., sign-up, onboarding).
- Personalized and smartly targetted support across channels (e.g., agent-led segmentation using GPTs).
- Scalable tools to boost self-service user journeys.
- Leverage APIs/webhooks to stitch business logic—integrate multi-channel playlists connecting user touchpoints to analytics dashboards (e.g., migratory metrics integrations).
- Automate efficiencies at every turn, from ad campaign QA to performance reporting to lead enrichment (e.g., using Notion/Airtable databases).
- Develop smart-agents for SharePoint, Notion, Airtable, or other CRM no-code environments to aid marketing operations.
- Embody a shared-playbook champion—internal POCs, LLM caching efficiency, or multilingual campaign connectors for global teams (single global repository).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Collaborative Roles
- Internal multiplier—collaborate with Marketing, Product, and GTM stakeholders to apply learnings between user journeys, sales playbooks, and gathered insights.
- Experimenter—develop creative sequences of experiences to pinpoint growth conversion opportunities (e.g., leveraging how a fixed “Instagram caroussel” yields higher product interest vs. native noise).
- Test & refine areas of friction in user journeys like: pre-signup UX, conversion rate errors, trial dropout.
Essential Requirements
- Recent Leadership
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with active progression in strategic execution.
- Technical Toolset Segments
- Proven AI, APIs, and automation flair—build internal agents, custom GPTs, and solo internal tools from basic to complex workflows.
- Mastery/fluent use of tools:
- No-code/Low-code: Lovable, Zapier/Make/Tray/N8N.
- LLM Infrastructure: GPT-4, Retool, LangChain.
- Dev Tools: Python/JS, Notion/Airtable, APIs, webhooks + adoption mindset over rigid stack rigidity.
- Storytelling & Articulation
- Write like a storyteller, dangerously clarifying technical capabilities into customer value.
- Cross-Functional & Data-Inclusive Existing
- Successfully collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to rollout aligned GTM initiatives.
- Data-driven bias—insists on fact-based decisions over gut intuition.
- Prototyping Culture
- Scan-first, speculate-second, aligning priorities with tangible business impact vs. theoretical gimmicks.
- Diversity from design/engineering backgrounds welcomed—but not required.
- Minimal Viable Bias
- Ship ‘now’ rather than ‘perfect’. Consider a polished 6-month roadmap to be a luxury you can embrace after initial traction.
- The Right Grind
- Thrives in high-pacing environments.
- Define impact metrics beyond vanity: customer acquisition cost, retention metrics, and shared commercial goals.
- Education Adequacy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or adjacent discipline; MBA feature considered a bonus.
