The growing team at Contentsquare is seeking a Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing Manager (Vibe) to drive impactful growth by focusing on user journeys, AI-powered experimentation, and automation.
About the Role
What You’ll Achieve
You’ll work in a small, agile PLG marketing team at Contentsquare, where product experience—not just ad spend—drives acquisition, conversion, and retention. The role blends marketing strategy, AI experimentation, and technical execution, enabling high-intent users to discover and value our all-in-one digital experience intelligence platform.
- Develop deep insights into customer journeys and use them to design targeted growth strategies
- Combine AI tools, automation, and no-code/low-code solutions to experiment and scale channels
- Build and refine product-led assets, from pre-signup experiences to onboarding tools
- Bridge marketing, product, and data teams by prototyping at breakneck speed and shipping low-ceremony MVPs
- Prioritise value creation over vanity metrics, ensuring we reach the right users

Key Responsibilities
- Ship high-value MVPs efficiently—using Lovable, Bubble, Zapier, or custom scripts—without relying on Product or Engineering
- Prototype & launch AI-powered workflows including tailored ad copy, segmentation tools, and dynamic landing pages
- Automate repetitive tasks, from end-to-end marketing campaigns to performance reporting, saving time and reducing noise
- Leverage APIs, webhooks, LLMs, and infrastructure to stitch together scalable growth tools
- Act as a growth multiplier, creating internal agents/playbooks that elevate cross-functional productivity
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to test and refine growth experiments that move the needle

What We Look For
Essential
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience, with a solid foundation in PLG principles
- Proficiency with AI, APIs, and automation pipelines (a plus if you’ve built GPTs, internal agents, or custom tools)
- Strong storytelling and technical communication skills—able to translate complexity into compelling customer value
- Fluency across at least 5+ of these tools:
- AI/Automation: GPT-4, LangChain, custom scripts
- No-code/lowe-code: Lovable, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Tray.io, N8N, Bubble
- Internals: Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python/JavaScript
- Data: SQL, Vercel
- Play well with others: Experience aligning marketing, product, and demand-gen teams for seamless execution
- Shipper mindset: Prototypes > polished decks; a bias for action over limits/concerns
- Commercial acumen with a customer-centric perspective—build for value lifts, not hype
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science (MBAs considered for leadership speed)
- Experience in data modulation (e.g., enriching lead data) or CRM optimisation
