SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR / VIC AMBASSADOR – HARRODS

UP TO £60,000

I’m recruiting for an exceptional Senior Client Advisor to join an iconic luxury fashion Maison within Harrods, celebrated for its bold creativity, artistic heritage and extraordinary craftsmanship.

This is a rare opportunity for accomplished luxury sales professionals who combine outstanding commercial performance with advanced styling expertise and an established VIC network.

The opportunity:

  • Highly competitive salary of up to £60,000, dependent on experience, performance and client portfolio
  • Competitive Commission
  • Additional incentives across selected product categories
  • Flexibility to shape the position around the strengths of an exceptional individual

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client journey
  • Achieve ambitious individual and team sales and clienteling targets
  • Recruit, develop and retain an international VIC client base
  • Proactively introduce clients to new collections, events and exclusive opportunities
  • Confidently style across categories using advanced RTW and wardrobe-building expertise
  • Bring the Maison’s heritage, creativity and vision to life through compelling storytelling
  • Build long-lasting relationships through consistent and considered client follow-up
