The University of Lincoln and the Lincoln Medical School are currently undergoing an exciting time of change, with Pharmacy education joining the medical school from September 2026. This coincides with the first intake of University of Lincoln medical students and the first cohort of BSc Dental Hygiene and Therapy students.
This role is therefore an exciting leadership opportunity to support the transition of pharmacy into the School and build on the excellent education provision that already exists within the pharmacy programmes. The role will also support and develop pharmacy and clinical research within the School and form part of the school executive, working directly with the Dean. Experience of strategy development and change management are critical for the successful candidate to possess.
