We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Client Enablement Manager to join our Wealth Solution team. This role is located in Manchester. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects: define scope, plan timelines, allocate resources, manage RAID logs, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders. Own and optimise onboarding processes: map workflows, standardise procedures, and continuously improve efficiency across onboarding touchpoints. Develop deep understanding of onboarding systems and data flows; liaise with technology and Operations teams to resolve defects, improve integrations, and ensure data quality. Partner with Wealth client teams to capture requirements, tailor onboarding journeys to client segments, and ensure a high-touch, client-obsessed experience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Education: Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education/Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Experience: Previous onboarding experience; Extensive work experience, with meaningful time spent in client onboarding, implementation, or operational delivery. Project/Program Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding initiatives; familiarity with PM methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, RAID, dashboards). Systems and Data Literacy: Strong understanding of onboarding platforms, document management, and data flows; ability to partner with tech and operations to remediate issues. Wealth Domain Knowledge: Understanding of wealth management client segments, products, account structures, documentation requirements, and service expectations. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams (sales, operations, tech, risk) and present clearly to senior stakeholders. Process Improvement: Track record in simplifying processes, removing friction, and driving measurable client experience and cycle-time improvements. Preferred (nice-to-have): Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma) and experience implementing onboarding tooling or client journey transformations.
