Vice President, Demand Generation International (EMEA, APJ, LATAM)

Role Overview

The Vice President, Demand Generation International (EMEA, APJ, LATAM) defines and delivers the company’s international pipeline performance across key regions, aligning strategy, execution, and investment with revenue goals. This leader:

  • Owns and drives the international marketing growth engine for EMEA, APJ, and Latam
  • Operates within a global framework, collaborating with Sales leadership and central marketing functions
  • Drives measurable pipeline impact and scalable growth across international markets

This position oversees regionally aligned demand generation teams and ensures full ownership of routes to market, including digital strategy and execution—balancing regional agility with global consistency.


Key Responsibilities

📊 Pipeline Ownership & Growth Accountability

  • Own the full international pipeline target, rallying cross-functional collaboration (marketing, partners, sales) to generate and progress deals.
  • Establish clear accountability models, performance tracking, and business rhythms to guide pipeline health and revenue outcomes.
  • Translate company revenue goals into international pipeline plans—defining targets, KPIs, and investment strategies.
  • Drive executive visibility into marketing’s pipeline contribution via data-driven reporting.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate scaled growth through predictive insights and automation.

🌍 International Demand Generation Leadership

  • Lead a team of demand generation and field marketing leaders, segmented by region and vertical.
  • Build and scale a high-performing international demand organization focused on speed, impact, and accountability.

🔄 Embedded Digital & Full-Funnel Strategy

  • Integrate digital strategy and full-funnel execution into every demand generation role.
  • Optimize conversion rates through multi-channel alignment, content marketing, and digital innovation.
  • Partner with central digital teams to ensure execution excellence while maintaining regional ownership of outcomes.

🤝 Sales Alignment & Regional Integration

  • Align demand generation strategy with sales coverage models (regional + vertical).
  • Partner directly with international Sales leadership, sharing pipeline ownership and driving joint accountability.
  • Enable account-based and segment-specific strategies to boost relevance and conversions.

🚀 Field Marketing & Market Execution

  • Oversee field marketing execution (events, local programs, account engagement) to align with pipeline goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration between field programs, digital strategies, and SDR-led motions.
  • Innovate in field marketing tactics to enhance engagement, shorten deal cycles, and improve ROI.
  • Leverage partner ecosystems to co-deliver scaled growth initiatives.

💰 Performance Optimization & Investment Strategy

  • Maximize pipeline ROI by optimizing marketing spend across channels and programs.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in campaign performance, digital spend, and resource allocation.
  • Continuously refine strategies via testing, measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications

✅ 15+ years in B2B marketing, with leadership experience in demand generation, field marketing, or growth roles. ✅ Proven track record of owning and delivering pipeline/revenue targets in a multi-market, global organization. ✅ AI experience to accelerate time-to-market and drive growth (e.g., predictive modeling, automation). ✅ Scaled demand organizations with regional focus, balancing segment-specific initiatives and unified goals. ✅ Strong expertise in:

  • Digital strategy & performance marketing
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Integrated, cross-channel campaigns
  • Collaborating with Sales leadership for revenue alignment
  • Leading organizational transformations in marketing operations ✅ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
