A leading global investment bank is looking for a Vice President to join its market-leading Financial Restructuring team in London. This is a senior execution role for a French-speaking restructuring professional who wants to work on high-profile, cross-border situations across Europe.
The platform is recognised as one of the largest dedicated restructuring practices globally, with a deep track record across company and creditor mandates and a strong presence in all major financial centres. The London team works closely with colleagues across EMEA, giving you direct exposure to complex capital structures and special situations work involving multinational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution on restructuring and distressed M&A mandates (debtor and creditor side).
- Own key workstreams: financial modelling, liquidity analysis, valuation and scenario planning.
- Produce and review client materials to a high standard (presentations, committee papers, marketing materials).
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisers, lenders, sponsors and management teams on fast-moving deals.
- Guide and develop junior team members while maintaining strong analytical and presentation standards.
- Support senior bankers with client interaction, pitch work and origination, especially on French-language situations.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in restructuring / special situations from investment banking, advisory, leveraged finance or a similar environment.
- Proven ability to run workstreams independently on complex, time-sensitive transactions.
- Excellent modelling skills (three-statement, cash flow, capital structure, recovery and valuation analysis).
- Confident communication style and presence with senior stakeholders.
- Experience coaching analysts and associates; you set the bar high for execution quality.
