About the role
Since 1958, LYCRA® has powered one of the most recognisable franchises in fashion and performance apparel. Reporting directly to the COO, this is your chance to take the reins of a global IT and OT function - shaping the technology backbone behind a business that genuinely touches lives around the world. You'll own strategy across cybersecurity, infrastructure, SAP and enterprise applications, manufacturing execution systems, AI and digital innovation, and the process control technology that keeps a global manufacturing operation running.

What you'll be doing
- Setting and executing a global IT and OT strategy aligned to business priorities
- Leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, SAP and manufacturing technologies across the organisation
- Driving pragmatic modernisation of legacy systems without disrupting operational continuity
- Championing responsible adoption of AI, automation and analytics where it counts
- Owning the global IT budget and steering strategic vendor relationships
- Building and developing high-performing technology teams across the globe
What you'll bring
- Significant IT leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, chemicals or similarly complex global operational environment
- Proven leadership across both IT and OT
- Experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, ERP/SAP and manufacturing technologies (MES, SCADA, PCN)
- A track record of modernising legacy environments and managing technology budgets and vendors
- Executive-level stakeholder and communication skills
