POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering is a pivotal role within BNY's Infrastructure Engineering job family. This position is primarily focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level infrastructure solutions that support BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and innovative growth. The role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices, aligning with BNY's commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration. The incumbent will contribute significantly to advancing the organization's infrastructure capabilities, ensuring resilience and scalability to meet evolving business demands.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of robust infrastructure solutions by leveraging advanced engineering knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure projects that support BNY's strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of infrastructure systems to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct thorough assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for infrastructure enhancements and risk mitigation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into BNY's infrastructure strategy.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in infrastructure engineering or related disciplines preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Typically 6-10 years of experience.
SKILLS
- Expertise in infrastructure design and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities.
