Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, International Sales to lead SS8's commercial growth across international markets, including the European Union, Middle East, and Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other strategic regions. This executive will define and execute the global go-to-market strategy, expand relationships with communications service providers, government agencies, system integrators, and strategic partners, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive International Sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives within the first 90 days.
- Drive predictable revenue growth across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and emerging markets.
- Expand SS8 presence with telecom operators, government agencies, public safety organizations, and system integrators.
- Achieve and exceed annual bookings, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Develop strategic channel, reseller, and integrator partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales organization.
- Provide executive engagement for strategic opportunities and negotiations.

Travel
Global travel required (up to 60%)
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of international sales experience in enterprise software, telecommunications, cybersecurity, intelligence, or related technology sectors.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing international sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding global revenue targets.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven ability to build, scale, and motivate high-performing international sales organizations while leading geographically distributed teams.
- Strong executive presence.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Expert negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Data-driven mindset and forecasting expertise.
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented leadership style.
