Robertson Wright is working with a leading US mid-market investment bank seeking to appoint a Vice President to its London HealthTech team.
The role offers the opportunity to join an established international platform with a strong record of advising founder-led, private equity-backed and listed healthcare technology businesses. The successful candidate will take a leading role across the full transaction lifecycle, with particular emphasis on M&A execution, client coverage and the development of junior bankers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Manage financial analysis, valuation, modelling and the preparation of transaction materials
- Coordinate due diligence processes and work closely with clients, investors and other advisers
- Develop relationships with businesses, private equity investors and senior industry executives
- Support the origination and development of new mandates
- Supervise, train and review the work of Analysts and Associates

Candidate profile
- Current Vice President within investment banking or M&A advisory
- Strong transaction execution experience
- Demonstrable experience of small to mid-market M&A transactions
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills
- Confident managing clients, senior stakeholders and junior deal teams
- Strong academic record and clear motivation to build a career in health tech M&A
