Senior Associate / VP | Consumer M&A | London
I'm working with a well-established investment bank building out its consumer deal team at Senior Associate to VP level. A firm with genuine depth across consumer M&A — advising on sell-side and buy-side mandates spanning consumer brands, retail, food & beverage and consumer health, with strong deal flow and senior-led execution.

What you'll do:
- Lead execution on live sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates end to end
- Own financial models, valuations and analysis, and review junior work
- Manage due diligence and transaction processes day to day
- Prepare marketing materials, IC papers and client deliverables
- Work directly with senior bankers and clients, taking real ownership of workstreams

What you'll need:
- c.5-6 years in M&A / corporate finance advisory
- Live deal experience in consumer, retail, food & beverage or a related sector
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and process management
- Ability to run transaction processes and mentor junior team members
- Sector interest in consumer and the firm's core verticals
