Vice President Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager (EMEA Transaction Management Group)

About the Role
We’re seeking a forward-thinking professional to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group as a Vice President Corporate Trust Senior Transaction Manager. In this pivotal role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Review highly sophisticated and complex specialized debt capital market transactions and structures—spanning business lines or multiple product segments), ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closing.
- Act as the key liaison with outside counsel, alongside Client & Business Development, to lead negotiations on transaction terms and structure optimisation.
- Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders, overseeing new and existing transactions and deal documentation to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)—acting as the "Go To" specialist for product/country—ensuring the business remains informed on**, market trends, competitor dynamics, and evolving regulations and laws specific to products and jurisdictions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Strong academic background, preferably in finance, law, economics, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in Corporate Trust or debt capital markets, with a demonstrated track record in managing high-impact transactions.
- Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines while handling complex internal and external relationships with time-sensitive finesse in a pressured environment.
- Innovative and analytical mindset—capable of investigating, proposing, and implementing complex legal and commercial solutions to align with enterprise standards.
- Exceptional critical-thinking and lateral problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative spirit—ability to thrive as a strong team player while maintaining independence.
- Highly resourceful, with the confidence to work imperatively requiring minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills—ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence in both written and verbal formats, often interacting with senior stakeholders.
